Woow! I almost thought I wasnt going to make it back for second there... These couple of days I've was away celebrating and I didnt bring my camera with me... So that's why I did post any OOTD post since who know when... But the most important thing is that I manage to bounce back =)

Oh the colors in this look are just so dope... I just love the contrast of the blue with the deep burgundy and if that wasnt enough I went a little bit extra with the metal skirt, the leopard and the gold necklace.. Pretty cool if you ask me...  What do you think?

Unfortunately we had to close down the party because someone decided to lit some firecrackers... So the party was over earlier then we expect... After that we all went home... We were sad to shot it down but its good to send out a message... Damn kids!!! We are already planing to organize another party for all of them! I think its going to be perfect and the kids are going to love it=)

Happy Sunday! I wasnt going to share these pictures... But at the end I decided to show you this three, just because I like the combination, the yellow sticking out and how that statement necklace looks against the yellow.... I'm about to go out to take some pictures... But I don't it might not be such a good idea since I can hear the wind blowing so hard... It could be the fact that I live on the top floor and that's why I can hear so loudly.... Perfect, and now its raining =(

I week ago a gave a little lecture for my girl group on the importance of our capacity for empathy and it plays a key role when we develop our social skills, our ability to work individually and in groups with good relationships with children and adults. In other words the lecture was was basically on  our capacity for empathy and cooperation with others and managing conflict. To make it a little bit more fun with talk about we talk about five animals that are used to represent different conflict management styles. So there is the shark, owl, fox, turtle, teddy bear and owl. These representation is pretty much self explanatory and its used in many different part of our social lifes. So very shortly: The turtle represents avoidance and the owl represent cooperation.  The shark is all about competition but the fox seeks to comprise. While the teddy bear only wants to accommodate. After this the girls play some play some scenes that I prepared for them... They are such lovely group of girls and they did such a great job using what they learn and playing the different animals.
But girls!? Have you heard about
conflict management styles? Which animal are you? Today I wanna play an owl =)

1. The Turtle: Avoidance
The strength of this style is that this person can easily look past conflicts and realizes most conflicts will solve themselves. They are calm on the outside and help de-escalate emotions in conflict.
The struggle with this style is the tendency to minimize, deny, and avoid conflict altogether. Major conflict tends to grow worse when it isn’t addressed.
2. The Teddy Bear: Accommodation
The strength of this style is how likeable and lovable this person is in most situations. How could you be mad at them? They want and need harmony. They will accept blame just to bring peace to angry situations.
The struggle of this style is that a teddy bear may be taken advantage of, becoming a doormat. The can enable others by not allowing them to face and wrestle with conflict. Secretly, they tend to have a low self-esteem and use likability from others as a way to build their own self-confidence.
3. The Shark: Competition
The strength of this style is the ability to be strong, courageous, and bring a conflict out in the open quickly. A shark is a leader that can confront bullies.
The struggles are becoming too pushy, tactless, and hurting peoples’ feelings. Sharks can escalate emotions and create barriers easily.
4. The Fox: Compromise
Their strength is communication and a willingness to find win-win or lose-lose compromises. Often the fox is able to craft intelligent intermediate solutions.
The struggles are deceptiveness and manipulation. People may feel “outfoxed” and cheated by foxes.
5. The Owl: Collaboration

Hello friends!  How are you doing? Did you forgot about me?  I've been away for a while so I hope still haven't forgotten about me =) and my little blog!.... I've been busy with my internship and then I was away in Stockholm. But Now I m back, I got a package from persunmall the other day and I couldn't wait to show to you what I got... So what do you think about my sweater and my booties? I really liked my booties the only thing that I didnt like is that I m pretty sure their sizes are a little bit small... I dont know if I need to break them in ... I dont think that they would fit if I got a bigger size so Im going to break them in and see what happens.... At the moment is pretty cold so tight shoes are not a good combination... I still love them because of the color, dont you thnik?

Oh and yeah one more thing... I know that what I'm about to tell you is going to sound a little weird... But I think that many people do it and often find them selves in my shoes. So here it goes!  I was on a meeting the other day for my internship... and you know before the meeting the host always ask you if you want coffee or something...  That's pretty common so that not weird at all, but here is when it all goes wrong... I dont really drink coffee, at least not black coffee, Im not a heavy coffee drinker and I hate that everybody in the work place seems to be so addictive to coffee... So, sometimes when I want to play smart and grown up  and whenever I'm in a group meeting and everybody saids that they want coffee, it happens from time to time that I agree on having cup of coffee so that they dont think I'm odd or something... And I sit there and I pretend to sip it and I never finish it up... This has been my secret for years now... But my mentor started to notices that... And she make a kind of uncomfortable remark on that... So I really cannot hide it as well anymore... Sometimes I dont care and I just say that I want tea...  But for some dumb reason I feel like its a inconvenience for the host when somebody asks for tea.. And I always get that weird comment: Oh so you dont drink coffee ??!!!!.. Like I am an odd person... Its super annoying... Can you guys relate?

But oh well... I think I look alright and I still look like myself... You know there are people that look totally different when they put their glasses on... Do you wear prescription glasses?
